From the initial consultation and throughout the project, we develop a relationship with the client which is built on clear communications and integrity. Our quotation clearly states what's included in the price, as well as expected timescales for the build project. On commissioning, we review all aspects of the build BEFORE any work begins to ensure that our expectations of what's involved are exactly the same as the client's expectations. This avoids any hidden costs or misunderstandings appearing later. A project plan is then created for the build which gives the client a clear view of how the project will develop. The payment plan is a key element of the project plan - therefore monies are payable on completion of key milestones of the project. No monies are paid up front, giving the client peace of mind and assurance that the work will be completed as expected.
